Creating a Unified Presence at ISTE

This year, the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) conference created an opportunity to reintroduce GoGuardian and Pear Deck Learning as part of one connected ecosystem. The challenge was to design a unified experience that made that connection unmistakable while preserving what educators already know and trust about each brand.

Our creative strategy centered on hospitality and storytelling to make every touchpoint feel warm, open, and cohesive. We developed a shared visual system that balanced Pear Deck Learning’s approachability with GoGuardian’s clarity and confidence. I established the foundational art direction that guided our agency partners in building the booth and designed every piece of event collateral and swag, ensuring consistency across every scale and medium.

From the space design to the felt pens, every detail extended the same idea: two brands, one story. Combining Pear Deck Learning’s organic shapes with containers from the GoGuardian system and re-skinning them with a shared palette created a unified visual language that tied everything together. The result was an environment that invited connection, embodied partnership, and showed the education community what a unified GoGuardian and Pear Deck Learning could look and feel like.
